1. Find the right property for you and confirm your identification.
2. Your application will then be processed by one of our team and they contact the landlord to discuss your application.
3. Your application is either provisionally agreed, subject to referencing and checks or declined.
4. At this stage you will be asked to pay a holding deposit. This will be one week’s rent.
5. If it is provisionally agreed, your application will go to our referencing provider Vouch to complete your references.
6. Once your referencing is returned successfully we will be able to confirm a move in date.
7. You will then be asked to provide the deposit and first month’s rent.
8. MOVE IN – when you move in you will be given a detailed inventory. Make sure you check this and discuss any differences with us.
