Scale of Fees

  • Fully Managed Service Fees: 12% Plus VAT of rent per month
  • Legal and Rent Guarantee Protection: Quotation on request
  • Tenancy Set-up Fee for management and security deposit: £195.00 Plus VAT

Inventory

  • 1 Bed Property: £85.00 Plus VAT
  • 2 Bed Property: £100.00 Plus VAT
  • 3 Bed Property: £125.00 Plus VAT
  • 4 Bed Property: £150.00 Plus VAT
  • 5 Bed Property: £165.00 Plus VAT
  • 6 Bed and Furnished Properties: POA

Additional fees applying to full Management Service

  • Preparing an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC): £90.00 Plus VAT
  • Renewal of existing tenancy: £35 Plus VAT


Minimum Fee (in case of contract termination before the tenancy expiry date)

  • 1 month’s Rent
  • Redirection of mail overseas: Cost of postage
  • Duplication & testing of extra keys: Key costs
  • Gas Safety Certificate: Upon quotation
  • EICR electrical report: Upon quotation

Let Only Services (where the Landlord only wishes the Agent to find a suitable tenant the Agent can provide a let only service).
The fees for the let-only service are payable at the commencement of the tenancy. Additional items and other expenses will be charged according to the scale of fees defined below:

  • 100% of monthly rent agreed plus certification costs if required.
