I've had my property let out with Gary of Hone & Company for over 5 years, his lettings team of Sharron and Gemma have been amazing to deal with responding promptly to any issues the tenants have had with the property and fixings. They have a list of local tradesmen that seem to be able to go in at short notice to fix things which is very helpful. Previously known as Giggs and Hone, Hone and Company may have changed their name, but the excellent quality of service remains the same. They swiftly find good new tenants, should a property become vacant. They carry out regular inspections to ensure properties are being kept in good order by the tenants, but also make sure that those properties are properly maintained by landlords. In my dealings with Gary, Sharon and Gemma, I have always found them all to be most helpful while dealing efficiently with everyday matters and any problems that may arise. I would fully recommend this company to any prospective tenant or landlord.
